I'm FAT. Officially.
Gained 4 more pounds. Not pregnant, believe me I checked to be sure. I mean, why else would I be gaining weight for no particular reason? I'm not middle aged, not pregnant, just fat. So as of today I'm doing without my diet cokes and only drinking water. Maybe I'm retaining water???Really, I know I have been lax on my healthy eating habits. I always do this when the first signs of cool weather come around. I put on cozy clothes and eat. Motivate me, please. Ugh. Frustrating.

Try incorporating more whole grain in your diet ... it doesn't sound like much, but it helps you feel full longer.

Love your new layout. I love Lee Lou blog templates. All the other template sites I found were so ugly ... they looked like ghetto myspace pages. LOL
idea #1 - go to a ritzy neighborhood and attempt to car jack someone's vehicle. when the alarm goes off, run like hell...all the way home.
idea #2 - try to outrun one of michael vick's pittbulls.
idea #3 - because those choices are quite hazardous, quit being so damn hard on yourself. we're allowed a five - ten pound fluctuation. heck, i can retain five pounds in just water!!! :D
btw, i wouldn't say that if ya didn't look shamelessly gorgeous in your profile pic. :D
I so feel your pain...my husband works out 1 day and drops 3 lbs. I work out 2 weeks and nothing changes except my appetite. Fiber intake is pretty key as it asborbs fat and removes it from the body and eating 3 meals a day, with lunch being the biggest, and having a healthy snack between each meal they say helps to not only keep your appetite at ease but also keeps your metabolism up and running.
Way too much for me to write here!!! I am experiencing the exact same thing, except I AM older than you.
